Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use Inkify: AI Tattoo Generator (the “App”).

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the data needed to provide the App’s features (creating AI tattoo designs), manage subscriptions and tokens, keep the App stable, and improve the user experience. The App does not require you to create an account.

1.1 Photos You Provide

To create AI-generated tattoo designs, you choose photos from your photo library or take a photo with your camera. These photos usually contain faces.

Photos are only accessed when you select them. The App does not access the rest of your photo library. You should only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission to use their photos.

1.2 Face Data

Uploaded photos are sent to our servers and to our AI processing providers solely to generate the result you requested. We want to be clear about how faces in your photos are handled:

Our AI processing providers may automatically screen uploaded photos and requests with their own safety filters to block prohibited content. Photos are processed by automated systems; we do not manually review them except when needed to provide support you request, investigate abuse, or meet legal obligations.

1.3 Your Consent to AI Processing

The App’s core feature uses third-party artificial intelligence (AI) services. When you select or take a photo and start a creation, that photo (which may include faces) and the selected style instructions are sent to our servers and to the third-party AI processing providers listed in Section 4, solely to create the result you requested.

By uploading a photo and starting a creation, you explicitly consent to this processing and confirm that you have the right and permission to upload the photos of every person shown in them. If you do not consent, please do not upload photos or use the creation features. You can withdraw your consent at any time by no longer uploading photos, and you can ask us to delete photos already stored on our servers (see Section 9).
