Photos uploaded by users may contain human faces. The App may process facial features that appear in user-provided images in order to generate AI-based hairstyle previews, hair color changes, and visual hair transformations.
Reasons for Processing and Storing Face Data: Face data is processed strictly to perform the visual hairstyle and color transformation requested by the user. Our AI algorithms analyze facial contours to ensure the generated hairstyle or color aligns accurately with the user's features for a realistic preview.
Before any image is processed, the App informs the user and obtains explicit consent to process the uploaded photo, including any facial data that may appear in the image, for AI generation purposes.
The App does not perform facial recognition and does not identify or verify the identity of any individual. The App does not create biometric identifiers and does not perform biometric authentication.
Face data is used solely for generating the hairstyle or hair color result requested by the user and for no other purpose. Face data is not used for surveillance, profiling, advertising, biometric analysis, or user identification.
Uploaded images containing faces may be securely transmitted to Google Gemini or related
Google AI services solely for the purpose of generating the requested image output.
Third-party Data Practices: Our third-party AI providers (Google Gemini) process the face data in
real-time to deliver the requested visual result. These third parties do not store face data beyond the
immediate generation of the output; the data is processed in-memory and is not retained for their own
independent use or any extended length of time.
The App may create AI-generated hairstyle and hair color preview images based on the photos and styles selected by the user. Generated images may be temporarily processed in order to deliver the requested result. Users may choose to save generated images to their own device.
The App may automatically collect certain device and usage information.
This information is used only for analytics, diagnostics, and improving the functionality of the App.
We collect crash logs and performance data to improve app stability and reliability.
This information is used solely for diagnostics and technical improvements.
The App may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases managed through Apple’s App Store and RevenueCat.
We do not directly collect or store payment card details or billing information. All payments are processed securely by Apple.

Uploaded photos are processed temporarily for generating hairstyle and hair color results. We do not permanently store uploaded photos on our own servers.
Length of retention and why: Uploaded photos and any temporary face data are retained only for the
time necessary to complete processing and deliver the result. To protect user privacy, all face data and
uploaded images are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems within 24 hours.
Why this specific length? This 24-hour window is the minimum period required to ensure technical
stability of the AI generation, handle any potential processing errors, and allow the user sufficient time to
retrieve the output. We do not store face data indefinitely.
Generated images may be saved by the user on their own device.
Analytics and crash data may be retained according to Firebase data retention policies.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
