Uploaded photos are processed only for the purpose of generating the requested outfit or style result. We do not use your photos for advertising, profiling, or identity recognition.
Photos uploaded by users for virtual try-ons may contain human faces. The App processes facial features that appear in user-provided images in order to accurately align the AI-generated clothing with the user's body structure and features.
Detailed Reasons for Storing and Processing Face Data: Face data is processed strictly to perform the visual clothing transformation and "virtual try-on" requested by the user. Specifically, our AI algorithms analyze body and facial contours to ensure the generated outfit aligns realistically with the user's features for an accurate preview. This process is essential to place the garment correctly over the user's body in the photo. We do not use face data to identify or verify the identity of any individual, nor for any biometric authentication purposes.
Before any image is processed, the App informs the user and obtains explicit consent to process the uploaded photo, including any facial data that may appear in the image, for AI generation purposes.
The App does not perform facial recognition. The App does not create biometric identifiers and does not perform biometric authentication. Face data is used solely for the requested result and not for surveillance, profiling, or advertising.
Third-Party Disclosure and Privacy Practices regarding Face Data: To deliver the AI output, photos containing facial data are securely transmitted to Google Gemini / Google AI services. These third-party AI providers process the data in real-time (in-memory) to generate the visual result. Important: According to our service standards, these third parties do not store face data beyond the immediate processing time required to generate the specific image output for the user. They do not retain facial data for their own independent use, training, or extended storage. We do not share face data with any other third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
To generate virtual try-ons, photos uploaded by users are securely transmitted to Google Gemini or related Google AI services for image analysis and AI-based result generation.
Only the user-uploaded image and the generation request are sent for this purpose. AI processing occurs only after the user explicitly selects an image, gives consent, and requests generation inside the App.
We may use trusted third-party service providers to operate and improve the App, including:

Uploaded photos are processed temporarily for generating virtual try-on results. We do not permanently store uploaded photos on our own servers.
Retention Period (Length of Storage): All user-uploaded photos and any facial data extracted during the AI transformation process are stored temporarily.
Automatic and Permanent Deletion: To protect user privacy, all face data and uploaded images are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours after the processing is completed. We do not store face data indefinitely.
Specific Reason for This Storage Duration: This 24-hour window is maintained solely to ensure the technical stability of the AI generation request, allow for error handling and recovery during the generation process, and to ensure the user has sufficient time to successfully receive and download the visual result. After this brief period, all associated data is purged from our systems to ensure user security.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You may stop data collection by uninstalling the App. You can also manage permissions through device settings.
